I. With respect to the method of argon purification:

The first kind

Direct deoxygenation. It is to use active metal, catalyst and oxygen in argon to react, digest the oxygen in argon, so as to achieve the purpose of deoxidation, absorb the water in argon through molecular sieve, so that the water content of argon is less than 1ppm.

The second kind

Is the use of getter. At a certain temperature, the getter can absorb nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and other gases after absorption treatment, the purity of argon can reach 6 nines, and the high-purity gas produced by this process is suitable for various process equipment and instruments.

The first method equipment investment is small, the second method equipment purification purity is high but the investment is relatively large.
