氩气净化操作规程

开机：Start up

打开钢瓶总阀，调节减压阀压力到光谱仪工作压力后，打开背面总电源开关，待触摸屏亮起后，点击触摸屏上的【启动】键，系统会显示【系统准备】，准备时间大约为30分钟，待显示【系统运行】，系统会自动控制相关阀门，即可向光谱仪输出高纯气体。

Open the cylinder master valve, adjust pressure of the decompressing meter to the working pressure of the spectrometer , open the master power switch in the back, after HMI booting completed, click 【Start】in HMI, the system will present 【System preparation】， the set-up time is about 30 minutes, until【system operation】is displayed, the system will automatically control the relevant valves, thus high purity gas will be give out to the spectrometer.

停机：Close down

长时间不使用或晚上不上班的公司，请点击触摸屏上的【停止】键，待显示【停机状态】时，再关闭总电源和气源总阀即可。

If you don’t use the purifier for a long time or don’t need to work at night, please click the【Stop】 key on the touch screen, until 【Shutdown】is displayed, and then turn off the master power and the   master valve of the gas source.

切换：Switch

当设备工作时出现气体纯度不够，但工作时间又未到，可点击【人为切换】键，系统会自动切换到备用系统，以确保使用点正常工作

While the purifier is working and the gas purity is not enough, but the work time haven’t reached, you can click 【artificial switching】, the system will automatically switch to the standby system to ensure the normal working of the location where gas is needed.

注意事项 Precautions

1：氧气和氧化性气体及与净化机不相符的气体不能通入此净化机

  Oxygen and oxidizing gases and gases inconsistent with the purifier are not allowed to pass through the purifier

2：此净化设备必须保证良好接地

   This purification equipment must be well grounded

3：正常工作时，当系统显示【A路（B路）再生】时，请不要点【停止】键以及关闭钢瓶气源，待显示【A路（B路）备用】时，可点击【停止】。

In normal working, when the system displays【A circuit (B circuit) regeneration】, please do not click【stop】and turn off the cylinder gas supply, until display A circuit (B circuit) standby】, you can click【stop】.

4：当氩气净化机使用2年时，打开正面板，用压缩空气把设备里面的灰尘吹扫一下，可延长电器的使用寿命

When the purifier has been used for two years, please open the front panel and sweep the dust in the purifier with compressed air, which can extend the service life of the purifier.

5：当系统在正常工作时，突然断电后，系统会显示以下画面，显示时间大约30秒，系统会自动复位至断电之前，并正常工作

When the system is working normally, after a sudden power failure, the system will display the following screen, the display time is about 30 seconds, the system will automatically reset to before power failure, and work normally

6：当点击【人为切换】或系统正常再生时，系统会自动排出再生塔压力，人为可听见排气声音，排气时间大约30秒，如超过1分钟，请联系我公司.

When you click 【Artificial switch】 or the system is normally regenerating, the system will automatically discharge the regeneration tower pressure,   the exhaust sound can be heard, the exhaust time   is about 30 seconds, if more than 1 minute, please contact us.
